Our staff will reach out to you via your preferred communication channel with the details for you to complete your payment. Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will arrange for delivery and you can look forward to receive your purchase within 3-7 days.

We currently accept cash on delivery for self-collection only as we may be engaging 3rd party delivery services (Ninja Van, Grab express etc.) to deliver your purchase. Hence we will require your full payment prior to sending out your purchase to you.

Rest assured, we commit to confirm your payment within 2 working days, and you can look forward to receiving your purchase within 3-5 business days thereafter.

The check-out process helps to reserve your items for 3 days. If we do not receive a response from you for payment, our staff reserves the right to cancel your order, and the items will be available for purchase for other customers.

We do not accept credit card payment at the moment. We are working to expand our payment channels, and hope to offer online payment gateway in the near future.

Depending on your package sizing, we may send them via mail, ninja van, Grab express or personally (for odd size products).

The delivery fee will be indicated at the point of checkout. Depending on the size of the products that you purchased, delivery charges will range from S$0.50 to $10.

Do note that we offer free delivery for order purchases exceeding S$80.

You can expect your parcel to arrive 3-7 days upon payment confirmation. However, if your parcel includes pre-order items, it may take much longer.

No installation services are provided, unless otherwise stated. Most of our items are easy to install, and we provide instructions on how to do so in the item’s product description section.

Carbon fiber products is our primary product focus due to its light weight and sleek appearance. Feel free to drop us an email at steerhub.sg@gmail.com to let us know if there are any car accessories that you are looking out for, and we may add that to our product offering if we receive a strong demand for these items in the market.

No cancellation will be allowed once payment has been made.
